Standard Delivery

• Delivered within 2 to 5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• The shipping method for Standard Delivery is Royal Mail and the cost is £12.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over £180, via a standard delivery service.
United Kingdom postage only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or BF postcodes.

Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact our team via email at sales@polarisfire.co.uk to discuss return queries.

Please do not return your order without receiving a Customer Returns form first.

We do not accept return requests after 30 days unless otherwise covered by the 12-month warranty.
Goods should be returned in the condition you received them in.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
