This is a well-established company that has held approval and operated a documented quality management system for almost 15 years and install to a high standard with the focus on customer satisfaction being paramount. Top management and staff demonstrated throughout the audit, a good understanding of the standards and it was clear that it was being implemented. During the audit, sufficient evidence was seen that verified that the company had addressed the additional requirements of BS5839-1:2017 and BS5839-6:2019, this was in the form of amendments to the manual and documentation used by the engineers for installation and maintenance.”
